As Enko maintains a policy of continual product improvement, we retain the right to make changes/ alterations to any of our products and/ or pricing at any time without notice

PRICING


All retail prices shown on our website are NZ dollars and include GST. Trade prices are shown in NZ dollars and exclude GST.

SHIPPING


Orders placed Monday to Friday before 4pm will be processed the same day. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day. We hold a large stock inventory so we are able to dispatch your promptly and efficiently, however, very occasionally due to large supply contracts or import shipping delays we may not be able to dispatch your order immediately. We will notify you in the unlikely event of this arising.
We will not deliver to a Post Office box so please supply a physical delivery address for your orders. We ship our goods using New Zealand Couriers and Mainfreight.

We have a flat nationwide freight charge of $10.00 for orders received on our website. Allow an extra $5.00 for rural deliveries. Please note that for large or extra heavy orders, additional shipping charges may apply. In this instance, we will contact you to discuss extra cost prior to sending the order.

PRIVACY


We respect your privacy. That's why we will not disclose, rent or sell your email address, or other contact information to any other company. We collect this information in order to be able to process your order and to make it easier for you when you re-order. All information about you will be maintained with strict confidence. Should you ever wish your details to be removed from our database, please contact us to let us know. We will process your request immediately.

PRODUCT RETURNS


Goods may be returned to Enko for credit within 60 days from invoice date.

Enko will issue a credit/ refund to the purchaser less a restocking fee of $20.

If a product is being returned to be swapped for another similar product, no restocking fee will apply.

If the product is being returned due to it being faulty or freight damaged, no restocking fee will apply.

Products being returned must be in their original packaging with installations instructions, templates, mounting bolts etc in their original condition.

Products that have been installed are non returnable, unless product is faulty.

Non- stock or custom made products are non returnable, unless product is faulty.

Product returned in damaged and/ or marked packaging are subject to a re boxing fee.

Send ceramic sinks on a furniture mover, and all other items by courier. Damage due to careless packaging will result in charges to the purchaser or credit disapproval.

All products will be inspected prior to credit approval.
